Access for Users

All users need to contact the management of the Imaging Center before starting the work. Subsequently, the contact with the scientific leaders for a personal conversation is provided. In this discussion the scientific issue and the experimental procedure will be discussed and in case of using the service operation appointments can be set for the experiments.

With users and internal customers, a data entry form will be completed where information about the specimens und the requested methods are recorded so that the fee can be estimated. The users confirm the cost absorption with their signature.

The use of the services and equipment provided by the Imaging Center is subject to a fee.
The current fees for the individual services of the Imaging Center are listed in the device-specific usage regulations that are part of the usage guidelines in its current version.
Invoices are issued once the work has been completed or quarterly.
